Shaheen Bagh situated in the Doon Valley and on the bank of River Tons is the home of an ornithologist an graphic designer. - Green Room – Has a double bed adorned with glass paintings. Matching furniture in this room makes it the most interesting room in the complex.
- Blue Room – Has a double bed adorned with glass paintings. Matching furniture in this room makes it the second most interesting room in the complex.
- Cottage Suite – A self contained unit with a sitting room, private verandah, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can accommodate 4 people and has TV and DVD facilities.
- Lower Cottage Suite – Overlooking a private garden this suite has large and airy room. An adjacent room has a sofa which can be converted into a bed for 2 children with adults sleeping in another room. The bathroom of this suite is done up in British and Chinese tiles.
- Lower Cottage Room – This suite has a double bed along with an attached bathroom with an antique washstand. It has its private garden as well as a verandah.
- Poolside Room – Situated on the lower garden terrace and overlooking the pool, this room has all its interiors tastefully done up in red. This room has several windows which look out into the garden.
